There appears to be another case that mirrors that of Wen Ho Lee, the Los Alamos scientist wrongly accused of espionage and held in solitary confinement for 9 months. Race played a major factor and it appears that race plays a factor again in the case of James Yee. The lady who headed the efforts for the release of Wen Ho Lee is trying to also free James Yee.
