coffee crisp

This will be the first and only time I'll add a link to Fox News without prefacing it with disparaging remarks. So here it is (thanks to Enlai). Coffee Crisp will be sold here soon. It's not my favourite chocolate bar from Canada though. I much prefer the Aero Bar, Oh Henry, Caramilk and the Canadian version of KitKat which is much more creamy, less sweet and less waxy which seems the case for all our chocolate when compared to the disgustingly sweet wax-textured American chocolate (with the exception of maybe Dove and Ghirardelli). Here is a link to more Canada only products. I've had Cadbury bars from the UK and they taste even creamier than those from Canada.

I brought some Canadian candy to one of my teams. Most of them loved the Canadian Kit Kat and Coffee Crisp but most disliked the Aero Bar. Why you ask? They said that with all the air bubbles, you get less chocolate!

hrm... sometiems i get annoyed at people bitching about american chocolate. but honestly i don't really like it either. i don't know if i've ever had european/canadian chocolate but i do like American Dove and Ghirardelli. And I agree that most American chocolate is too sweet. And you seem nice, so I guess I'll let you go. haha...

i remember seeing Oh Henry before...

What about McIntosh's butterscotch bars? I can't believe they didn't make the list.

ooooh i forgot about those butterscotch bars. Those are tasty too and this from someone who is not a huge fan of butterscotch. They are a little sticky though, I was always afraid they'd rip out a tooth.
