Hahaha, holy sh!t, this is even funnier with the captions!
I saw the version where she came onto some talk show and was given a chance to "redo" her answer. They showed a quick clip of her fumbling her way through the question, talking about all sorts of tangential things and places. The second time (done live on the show) was more succinct, to the point even, and so obviously well-scripted. The first speech answer sounded like it was written by George W Bush.
